Research

My research explores the spatial organization of the genome, how chromatin architecture regulates gene expression, and the power of quantitative microscopy. I use a combination of advanced imaging, computational analysis, and experimental innovation to answer fundamental questions in genome biology. I am passionate about new imaging techniques, creative image analysis, and open science.

Research Interests

Open Science & Sharing

I believe that science should be accessible and reproducible. I actively share my protocols, code, datasets, and tools for the benefit of the wider community.

Conferences & Workshops

I regularly present my work at international conferences and workshops, and enjoy exchanging ideas with the global scientific community.
